Appearance

Long-cut pasta, similar to spaghetti but wider and coarser (because hand-made). The component of mushroom and truffle gives the pasta a dark colour. The particular porosity of the pasta allows to well retain any kind of sauce. It also enhances sauces’ flavour, especially that of Black Truffles (Summer, Burgundy or prized Winter Black) 

How to use

Cooking time: circa 19 minutes in salted boiling water
