TARTUBER means guarantee and safety for the consumer thanks to our traditional recipes refined with time, advanced tools and a meticolous quality-control of the raw materials.  Our product is tracked with a short supply chain through a  trusted network of truffle hunters or “quarrymen”, from whom we daily buy the seasonal fresh truffle. Quarrymen are not simple suppliers but real allieds of the company, in this way TARTUBER brings to your tables the high quality Italian truffle. 

We are a young business but with a lot of expertise. TARTUBER starts in fact from the will of Alberto Fortunati, who started this new journey together with his wife Angelica, when he was at the peak of his professional career and rich with his father Antonio’s teachings and insights. 

His abilities consolidated through the years and her resourcefulness are the distinctive features of TARTUBER, also characterized by a constan research and willingness to carry on the method, passion and dedication to the truffles’ world of which Antonio was a master.
