Butter cream improved by the presence of Black Summer Truffle, which enhances it with the peculiar Summer Truffle taste and aroma.
Generally in a creamy white colour, sometimes close to a light yellow shade, with brown splashes of Black Summer Truffle. It is a pleasingly creamy and compact mixture.
How to use
We recommend heating the product before its use. Our advice for the butter cream with Summer Truffle is to add it to complete the cooking of fresh pasta, a finising touch on both filled pasta and not. Also excellent on warm toasted bread and meat dishes.
Once opened, keep the jar in the refrigerator.
Consume within 7 days of opening.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight until opening.
