Pasta of durum wheat flour extruded through bronze. The slow drying at low temperatures allows to the components of this product to remain unaltered and preserve their original taste.
Ideal quantity for 3 servings
Long-cut pasta, similar to spaghetti but wider and coarser (because hand-made). The strong component of porcino mushrooms gives the pasta a brown colour. The particular porosity of the pasta allows to well retain any kind of sauce. It also enhances sauces’ flavour, especially that of porcini mushrooms.
How to use
Cooking time: around/circa 19 minutes in salted boiling water.
Store in a cool, dry place.
