How to use
The truffle is already cleaned. Do not defrost the product completely but start handling it when it is still partially frozen (meaning when the outer skin of the truffle has softened while the inside still results hard). You can choose to grate the truffle and prepare a delicious truffle sauce with the mince obtained and oil. For the sauce, we recommend flavouring the truffle mince with salt and a pinch of pepper while browning a clove of garlic with extra virgin oil. To brown the garlic, the oil will reach a high temperature, thereferore wait until it is tepid again and add the truffle mince. Alternatively, the truffle can be directly sliced on top of hot dishes.

Keep in the freezer until use. It is possible to consume only parts/pieces of the product, however it is important to not let the remaining part defrost . Once defrosted, consume within 24h and do not refreeze.
