How to use
The truffle is already cleaned and minced, ready to use. Let the product completely defrost while preparing the basis of your truffle sauce: in a saucepan, brown a clove of garlic with extra virgin oil. To brown the garlic, the oil will reach a high temperature, thereferore wait until it is tepid again before adding the truffle mince, previously flavoured with salt and a pinch of pepper. Excellent spread on warm toasted bread, to flavour first courses and eggs.

Keep in the freezer until use. It is possible to consume only a portion of the product, however it is important to not let the remaining part defrost . Once defrosted, consume within 24h and do not refreeze.
