Egg tagliatelle, perfect to be stirred in the pan once cooked with White Truffle butter or oil, to enhance its flavour. The particular porosity of the pasta allows to well retain any kind of sauce and flavour.
How to use
Cooking time: circa 7 minutes in salted boiling water
