Generally in a beige colour, it is a thick cream with the plesant texture of a mousse, thanks to its particular preparation. The only difference from our Porcini Mushrooms Cream lies in the addition of White Truffle, which enriches the flavour.
How to use
We recommend heating the product before its use. Excellent for a delicious appetizer when spread on toasted bread. The Porcini Mushrooms and White Truffle Mousse is also a perfect way to flavour first dishes, from tagliatelle to ravioli. Tasty as a filling for meat and fish recipes.
Once opened, keep it in the refrigerator.
