All the convenience of minced and ready-to-use truffle . A sauce only made with finely minced Black Summer Truffle. Once heated, it is perfect to be spread on warm toasted bread, to flavour omelettes and first courses, but even as accompaniment to main courses made with meat and fish.
Shade close to a dark brown colour with light brown and black splashes, respectively deriving from the gleba (inside part) and peridium (outercoat) of the Summer Truffle. It is a thick and creamy mixture, with medium-small grain sizes.
How to use
Before use, we recommend heating in a saucepan with extra virgin oil to be added, quantity according to taste. The sauce is exquisite for flavourful antipasti, first courses, stuffings, main courses made with meat, eggs or fish, and even as a topping for pizzas.
It does not contain mushrooms. Minced Summer Truffle only.
Once opened, cover the remaing product with extra virgin oil and keep in the refrigerator. Consume within 7 days of opening.
Truffle harvested in Umbria and carefully selected. We only employ ripe truffles to exalt its characteristics.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight until opening.
