Appereance
Generally in a creamy white colour, sometimes close to a light yellow shade, with light brown splashes of White Truffle. It is a pleasingly creamy and compact mixture.
How to use it
We recommend heating the product before its use. Our advice for the butter cream with White Truffle is to add it to complete the cooking of fresh pasta, a finising touch on both filled pasta and not. Also excellent on warm toasted bread and meat dishes.
Once opened, keep the jar in the refrigerator.
Consume within 7 days of opening.
Preservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight until opening.
