    An exquisite combination of Acacia honey and Black Truffle. A sweet contrast bound to surprise you. 

    Appereance

    The thickness of the texture may alter as a result of the external temperature, therefore of the season. It is amber-coloured, transparent when under light sources, with well-dried shavings of Summer Truffle that rise to the surface.

    How to use

    Ideal as accompaniment to a selection of fresh and aged cheeses. Our Truffle Honey is also perfect to be enjoyed on a slice of toasted bread or simply with a spoon. 
    Also excellent on cream or vanilla flavored ice creams.

    Preservation

    t is recommended to keep the product in the freezer, alternatively store in a cool, dry place away from heat.
