Appearance<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Long-cut pasta, similar to spaghetti but wider and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>coarser<\/span><\/span>\u00a0(because hand-made). The strong component of porcino mushrooms gives the pasta a brown colour. The particular porosity of the pasta allows to well retain any kind of sauce. It also enhances\u00a0<\/span><\/span>sauces’<\/span><\/span>\u00a0flavour, especially that of porcini mushrooms.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How to use<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Cooking time: around\/circa 19 minutes in salted boiling water.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
